Refund Process
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process.
Return & Exchange Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
